Human Resources Manager (HR-193-05-MW)


REPORTING TO: Managing Director

Our client is a leading multinational integrated oil and gas company


  • Responsible to prepare and implement, under supervision of MD and in coordination with MSAPMO HR and management team, all Human Resources activities, including Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Relation, Compensation & Benefit, Internal Communication, etc.
  • Plan and manage recruitment processes, including selection, hiring & provide induction program and follow-up until new employee is confirmed.
  • Main center of yearly performance evaluation (EIA) organization processes, applies group JD procedure include take care of relevant development modules to improve staff performance evaluation & efficiency.
  • Define & analyze training needs, initiate and operate training plan complied with HSEQ concern covering Total policies.
  • Conduct and enforce compensation & staff welfare policy in line with Total & guidelines and local legislation. Handle related communication. Counsel & provide information related to health-life-car accident Insurance, social security, provident fund, company share, etc.
  • Develop and provide Internal Communication to establish positive attitude staff toward & improve internal communication.
  • Plan and manage employee relation in line Total policy, procedure and local law, including dismissal, resignation, termination and labor & the court cases.
  • Handling other HR activities like MyHR, Career Management, HR reporting and others assignments from MD
  • Ensure new recruitments in line with expectations, on time agreed in requisition approved by MD; provide adequate induction and close follow-up close until confirmed. Terminate in adequate and legal way with employee that under perform.
  • Maintain good level staff retention to support business strategy development. Ensure efficiency and consistency of performance evaluation program (EIA), the right choices of training & development in line with Total HR policies and needs; adequate information to propose competitive compensation & benefits to motivate staff, efficient Internal Communication and HRIT support.
  • Ensure a proper employee relation to enforce Total and policies & regulations and local laws and vulture and keep all employees to better achieve targets.
  • Ensure respect of Total/ MS procedures and full transparency with MD and APMO HR. 


  • Thai Nationality, Bachelor’s or higher in Human Resources Management/ Development or related fields.
  • Minimum 3 years experience or 2 years in international company in all fundamental of Human Resources and knowledge HR Thai law
  • Compliance with labor law and regulations, social security fund, and tax related matters in Thailand
  • Sharp judgement for compliances and solutions
  • High level of confidentiality and service minded
  • Excellent command of spoken and written in English and Thai
  • Good computer literacy skills and familiar with the HR IT systems
