Corporate Business Development

Job Overview

The Corporate Business manager is responsible for directing and supervising sales operations to ensure profit maximization and realization of sales targets by the corporate sales team. The role also entails the upkeep of the OSIM Brand perceived value in all Corporate Business touch points. The Corporate Business manager also oversee the training and development of the corporate business team to be sales and target oriented so as to ensure an effective team that delivers increased sales performance.

Responsibilities & Duties

Develop strategies to achieve monthly sales target by identifying and generate new sales leads/opportunities

  • Manage KPIs, forecasts and ensuring sales target are met
  • Researching organisations and individuals online (eg: on social media like LinkedIn) to identify new leads and potential new market opportunities. - learning who makes decisions about purchasing - To develop and execute sales strategies to achieve assigned revenue and profit targets
  • Cold-calling / emailing and contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Pitching products and/or services by crafting proposals - Being proactive and contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products. Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives – manage sales cycle process

Maintaining and improving relationships with key accounts

  • Developing, maintaining, and improving relationships with key accounts to maintain a high level of service and client loyalty for repeated/bulk purchase

Upkeep OSIM Brand perceived value

  • Ensure consistency in all aspects of brand, concept and services

Developing team to be sales and target orientated

  • Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals and monitor the activities of sales personnel to assess performance and productivity
  • Organize meetings to discuss sales activities and take decisions on strategies necessary for improvement and prepare and present to management periodic budgets/sales forecast


  • Proven track record in sales and is numbers /sales driven
  • Exhibit ability to deliver effective communication and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in corporate sales
  • Strong stakeholder management skills in influencing and persuasion
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skill
  • Able to work independently; multi-tasking and under pressure in a fast pace environment
