OTA Manager - Online Travel Agent Management

Key Responsibilities:

  • Notice Ownership Change to OTA
  • Contacting OTA for New Contract/COO Form fill up
  • Managing Pricing, Promotions and MRC
  • Listing Connections and Mapping with channel manager 
  • Managing Pre-selling on OTAs
  • Auditing all the hotels contents, Photos in OTAs - SPOC from OYO, liaising with all the OTAs, solving their queries

Skills Required

  • Experience 5 – 10 years of prior work-experience  with OTA (Booking, Expedia, Agoda etc) 
  • Have demonstrated his prowess in solving operational challenges and improving system efficiencies
  • Have demonstrate a rich understanding of OTA principles and terminologies
  • Familiar with numbers and analytical skills
  • Excellent speaking and writing skills to coordinate with external and internal stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
  • Be an assertive and should have good inter-personal skills and good client management skills
