Sr. Staff - Digital Customer Experience

Working Location: Nissan Motor Asia Pacific Co., Ltd. (BTS - Chong Nonsi) 

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Support Strategic Planning and Governance for Digital Customer Experience Strategy
    • Plan the projects according to the business requirements/goals and customer journeys for each project
    • Support formalization and steer the digital customer experience roadmap for A&O region including platform development, data strategy, innovation projects and systems integration
    • Define measurable KPIs and provide clear feedback for each project; business results, customers feedback, problems encountered
  • Support project implementation of Digital Customer Experience
    • Support digital customer experience cross functional teams for the projects defining and sharing milestones and metrics  
    • Propose and ensure a good allocation of cross-functional resources for each projects with clearly defined roles and responsibilities
    • Coordinate efficiently with all concerned teams to ensure the delivery of the projects and a good execution of the projects
  • Support championing sharing of best practices and business processes
    • Implement and consolidate best practices and processes within the organization
    • Propose quarterly action plans to improve our processes
    • Organize regular workshops and training programs regarding project management to upskill digital customer experience capabilities

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or Digital Marketing is a plus
    • At least 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Platform or Ecommerce Transformation; having regional marketing experience is preferable
    • Digital media savvy is a must – data driven
    • Able to work with cross-cultural and cross functional teams
    • Adobe platform experience especially in Omniture is a must
    • Forward-looking, positive thinking, results oriented, adjustable and strong sense of urgency
    • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; TOEIC scores 800 up is a plus
