Customer Support - English/ (Contract)

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide resolution to customer game issues via email, ticket, and app store response
  • Analyze and verify issues using various internal tools to be able to provide accurate and timely responses to customers
  • Provide exceptional customer experience
  • Compile user trend and problem reports
  • Test upcoming games and provide feedbacks to internal team



  • Strong communication skills both in English and Thai (Writing)
  • Good interpersonal and collaborative skills
  • Available to work in shift
  • Experience in a Customer Service environment or an international business setting is a plus! 
  • Passionate or demonstrate experience relating to Gaming is a plus!
  • Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook and comfortable learning new computer applications or tools.
