JOB DESCRIPTION:  
  • Managing and controlling recruitment activities including advertising, interviewing, testing, selecting candidates.
  • Prepare the documents for OPD claim or accident between our staff and insurance company
  • Developing and implementing learning strategies and programs and Align training with the organization’s strategic goals.
  • ISO documents and process for HR department.
  • Handle and support for beginning to end process & event related to benefit & welfare for staff.
  • Other assignment related to department function.

 REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelors or higher degree in Human Resources, Political science, Law or other related field.
  • At least 1 years of experience in HR and Admin Function.
  • Good attitude and service minded.
  • Proficient in English communication.
  • Excellent in excel and PowerPoint program
