Plant Operation Technician

Main areas of work responsibilities

  • To responsible for review and monitoring, prioritizing and scheduling of harvests blending, first cleaning, Re-mill & hand sorting process orders in alignment with export requirements.
  • To ensure seed blending, cleaning, conditioning and sampling activities are taken up as per guidelines of global Process.
  • To ensure of correct/ timely order confirmation in SAP.
  • To monitor the targets and reporting daily performance of on-time seed blending & cleaning reporting to concern manager.
  • To withdrawal & dispatch all seed sample as per timeline.                 
  • To responsible for QMS activity & daily record up data.
  • To development and improvement of existing seed cleaning protocol as per quality standards in parallel with compliance of ISO document.
  • To maintain cleaning machine spares & screens validation / calibration as per season requirements.
  • To maintain the all process & stock relevant record as per QMS standard. •To support, follow and execute the ESH and Human rights initiatives in the plant operation.
  • To increase function knowledge exchange and team development program. •To participate in objective setting, plan development and performance review of plant performance.

 

Qualification

  • Bachelor Degree or higher Engineering or related field.
  • 3 years experience in plant processing, seed processing, engineering  and machine maintenance.
  • Good leadership skill with proactive and strong on network and          relationship.
  • Knowledge of computer skill (MS Office, SAP, AutoCAD). Good  command in English on both spoken and written.
