Area Sales Manager

Job Summary :

Manage sales activities to ensure the established strategic plans are effectively carried out to ensure maximum customer’s satisfaction and sale performance to achieved target sales volume. Develop activities to ensure all network supports are developed ,expanded and effectively managed in order to achieve targeted business growth according to the set plan.

Responsibilities :

  • Give the direction and/or MMTh’s policy to achieve the sales target.
  • Manage Area Manager & Handle dealers, communicating with them and ensuring a good working relationship align with company policy & directions.
  • Development/improvement operations performance, sales achievement, productivity & efficiency.
  • Collect analysis and manage information regarding markets, sales and sales related materials to make counter measure to achieve sales target
  • Monitors and controls the effective implement of sales promotion activities.
  • Visit all dealers in order to strengthen relationship, exchange necessary information and giv proper advice relating to sales and promotion aspects.
  • Implement and follow up Sales Process Management to improve dealer operation in order to enhance sales effectively and follow up and improve Dealer Sale Standard.

Qualifications :

  • Male or Female, 27-35 years old, Automotive experienced will be an advantage.
  • Bachelor degree or Master degree in any pertinent fields.
  • Good computer skills in MS office especially Excel, Power Point. Able to make a report, Flow chart and presentation
  • Good command in writing, reading, speaking and comprehension in English.
  • Positive attitude, Service mind, Honest and Reliable, Good co-ordination personality, Creative thinking.
  • Good co-ordianation in team work, Team leader skill is advantage.
  • Problem solving skill, good analytical skill, business mind, profit P/L oriented, ROI and knowledge in budget management view.
  • Able to travel in up-country area.
