Job Summary

       Increase production capacity while minimizing unnecessary costs and improve quality standards. Leading and managing all aspects of manufacturing facility in safety, quality, production and cost management. Set strategy and direction of the plant, in alignment with the organization's overall strategy to achieve operational excellence including KPI's setting and budget.

Job Description

  • Plan production process controlling in a short term and long term.
  • Control, following and evaluating on subordinate’s works, and adjust working strategy for achieving the targets.
  • Control the quality of the products by standard.
  • Support an activity for improves the quality on production process.
  • Control production cost and deduct cost in production.
  • Set organize and control manpower in divisions.
  • Safety and sanitation management.
  • Set a regulation for disciplines will happen in work.
  • Raise and improving employees’ knowledge and skill in divisions.
  • Team leaders to support the new product and new model transfer by working closely with other plants aboard, from receiving order until mass production Including plant lay out setting and all machines & equipment installation.      
  • Evaluates and analyze machine performance and production capability. Create plans for future Improvement.
  • Increase production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards.
  • Create and implement best practice vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve business performance.
  • Develop systems and processes that track and optimize productivity and standards, metrics and performance targets to ensure effective return on assets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal performance.

Job Specification

  • Male
  • Age between 48 - 50 years old.
  • Bachelor or higher in Engineering
  • At least 10 years of experience in manufacturing management form automotive industry
  • Exposure to 6 Sigma-Lean Environment is preferable.
  • Fluent in English communication
  • good command of MS Office
  • Highness in responsibility, good leadership and role a good model to subordinates.
