The Customer Service Officer is responsible for Interact with customers, response to inquiries thru multiple channels (phone, email, fax), handle order processing & other order related process. They need to assure the on- time delivery and accordance with customer requirements. The inquiries include customer products inquiries, checks price and inventory availability or status of shipment. Also, this position is responsible for investigating problem related to shipment, goods return, and credit notes. Finally, this position needs to fulfill customer requirements in order to obtaining absolute customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty.
