Customer Service Officer (2-year continued contract)

The Customer Service Officer is responsible for Interact with customers, response to inquiries thru multiple channels (phone, email, fax), handle order processing & other order related process.  They need to assure the on- time delivery and accordance with customer requirements. The inquiries include customer products inquiries, checks price and inventory availability or status of shipment.  Also, this position is responsible for investigating problem related to shipment, goods return, and credit notes.  Finally, this position needs to fulfill customer requirements in order to obtaining absolute customer satisfaction and long-term customer loyalty. 

 

Job Description:

 

  •          Handle incoming and outgoing calls (inquiries, orders, complaints) to ensure professional service within Service Level Agreement
  •          Issue Orders, Quotation, Goods Return, Credit Notes, Sample as per customer request
  •          Coordinate with customers to handle their concerns or provide information to them and therefore obtain fully customer satisfaction               
  •          Provide estimated product delivery date to customer in advance and upon the customer request              
  •          Receive customers' feedback, solve the issue (if can) and escalate to customer value management for further process           
  •          Creates an excellent customer experience as one of customer touch point                      
  •          Maintain and update customer requirements into database
  •          Coordinate within the CE, BU, and other departments to obtain and provide necessary information as well as coordinate with customers to ensure high-level sales activity                  

Carry out additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degrees in any field (Chemicals or Sciences background will be advantage).
  • 1-5 years relevant experience in the field of sale coordinator, customer service, technical support however new graduate are also welcome.
  • Able to remain focused and work efficiently while handling multiple task.
  • Well organized and able to work independently.
  • Service-minded attitude, excellent communication skill and good team player.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and good computer skills.
