Roles & Responsibilities: 

  • Helps driving company values and philosophy and ensures all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organization's mission and vision.
  • Developing career paths, development programmes and schedules, as well as designing curriculums and organising training.
  • Analysing and designing assessment tools and processes to define competency gaps and recommend appropriate development tools in accordance with employee and company requirements.
  • Work with top management to design the individual development plan for all department head and talented employees.
  • Implementation of development guideline on career development planning,succession planning and Talent Program.
  • Work closely with management to identify training needs, design training roadmap, and set up the annual training plan.
  • Develop training & development program for all employees through various methods to increase of employees performances align with the company business.
  • Monitor the progress of training plan for each department to ensure training objective and training target are being archived.
  • Evaluate and follow up training result to comply with employee competencies and company objectives.
  • Implemented and executed HRD Strategy, organization structure to aligned with Company Strategy.
  • Develop training & development program for all employees through various methods to increase of employees performance align with the company business.
  • Plans and leads short- and long-term planning for Learning & Talent programs.

 

Qualifications:-

  • Male or Female aged not over 40 years
  • BA, or Master’s Degree in Organizational Development or equivalent
  • Possess at least 5 years of experience in HRD and OD
  • Able to use MS Office
  • Knowledge of HRD, and able to coordinate with internal and external parties
  • Leadership, Public Speaking, Negotiation and Problem solving skills
  • Experience in real estate will be advantages
