Customer Engagement Center Agent (Reservation)

 Marriott Thailand Customer Engagement Center Office is looking for:


Job Summary

  • Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone or mail.
  • Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type
  • Verify availability of room type and rate.
  • Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to callers.
  • Accommodate and document special requests.
  • Answer questions about property facilities/services and room accommodation


  • Excellent communication in English and writing skill
  • 1 years experience in hotel industry, preferably in Reservations and Call Center
  • New graduates are also welcome!
  • Positive and outgoing team player with flexible schedule
  • Hospitable and customer service dedicated
  • Passionate to work in fast paced environment.
