Senior IT Administrator


To maintain IT systems and local servers including hardware/software and ensure they are up and running


  • Desktop/Laptop/Printer support & trouble shooting
  • Install and set up new PC/Printer/Laptop included basic software installation and set up
  • Response to request for technical assistance in person, via phone, electronically
  • Diagnose and resolve technical hardware and software issues
  • Administer helpdesk for assigned software
  • Redirect problems to appropriate resource
  • Track and route problem and requests and document resolutions
  • Quarterly PC/Hardware checking and record 
  • Stay current with PC/Laptop/Printer Information, changes and updates included monitor expiry date of warranty for IT assets and process renewal or extend warranty
  • Log all helpdesk interactions
  • Guide user and provide BKK IT policy to new user (New comer)
  • Prepare assigned program documentation.
  • System administration on application and system level such as system configuration, version upgrade, backup validation and data housekeeping for BKK local servers
  • Set up new PC/Laptop/printer/multifunction, manage and control IT assets and created Hardware (PC/Laptop/Printer) checking report
  • Maintain security patch of PC/Laptop and server to be up to date all time included submit monthly updated report to IT Manager
  • Maintain User account as request/release, group policy set up and prepare user entry/exit report and submit request to APAC IT team
  • User support and trouble shooting
  • Ensure any potential problem such as performance degradation, reliability and security issues are address proactively
  • Ensure that all systems backup job will be up and running for daily, monthly and yearly included keep log of media record included submit monthly report to IT Manager
  • Follow the standard procedure and to ensure the compliance of ISO standard are maintained at all time
  • Lead and manage IT daily tasks included helpdesk & support
  • Maintain documentation includes System Documentation, Testing Plan, Job Scheduling, System Maintenance Record, Log Record etc.
  • Problem Management, diagnostic, root-cause analysis and problem solving of Windows Server’s problems
  • Provide end user training included user training guide and advance support on assigned applications


  • Bachelor’s degree of Business Computer, Information Technology or related fields.
  • Minimum 5 year experience in similar position
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and service oriented, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to communicate and work with others
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to spoken and written English
