Project Manager/ผู้จัดการโครงการ


  • Lead, plan, coordinate and execute projects in interior design fit-out works
  • Prepare quotation and submission of tender/quotation
  • Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule
  • Liaise with clients/ consultants
  • Work closely with Operations team & internal members on all aspects of projects
  • Attend regular site meetings and inspections
  • Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets and delivery schedule
  • Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule
  • Project budget management
  • Discussion and negotiation with Sub contractors/Vendors.


  • Degree/ Diploma in Civil or Building Management/ Construction Management/ Interior Design / M& E.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Interior Design & Fit-outs industry managing sales and marketing, building project management and planning for retail, construction, commercial projects and corporate office
  • Ability to read CAD drawings
  • Ability to work under dynamic phases and stress
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willing to travel for short assignment
  • Relevant experience in Interior Design & Fit-outs.
  • Candidates with Mechanical & Electrical experience in addition to Interior Design & Fit-outs will have an added advantage
  • Candidates with lesser work experience will be consider for Executive post
  • English speaking is a MUST.
