Customer Service Officer - Employee Benefits Insurance

We are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer Employee Benefits Insurance based in Bangkok, to support and execute the Sales Strategy.

The job responsibilities will include, without being limited to, the following:

  • Interact with and respond promptly to clients, insurers, and other parties via telephone, e-mail, another electronic medium and in-person to provide customer support and technical issue resolution.
  • Use discretion and independent judgment when interacting with clients to provide assistance and advice as needed - responsible to ensure that the client receives an adequate level of service with each concern or request.
  • Track and maintain constant communication with the client from the beginning to the end of any established case, issue, or concern.
  • Prepare and maintain all related paperwork and database in a timely, correct and complete manner to ensure accurate customer account handling.
  • Generate, complete and maintain historical information for customer service records retention.
  • Track and monitor, via computer and reports or any applicable tools, work assignments within the assigned areas to ensure their completion.
  • Research and gather, and input information into ad hoc report format for various subjects.
  • Provide guidance, training, and cross-training to other employees.
  • Ensure that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local legislation, regulations and laws governing business operations.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by Superior.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any related fields.
  • Excellent in interpersonal and comfortable with English communication.
  • Detailed oriented and well organized.
  • Autonomous, self-motivated with a positive attitude to become part of our team.
  • Must be willing to learn with a can-do attitude.
  • Ability to organize with good command in MS-Office. Especially in Excel, Words and PowerPoint will be a plus.
