Major Accountabilities 

  • Handle customer complaints and investigate complaints Can answer correctly and appropriately
  • Provide and solutions to problems within the team
  • Communicating with customers through various channels
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
  • Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions
    Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process
  • Follow up and record details of inquiries, comments and complaints details of actions taken

Major Challenge 

  • Respond promptly to customer complaints within TAT
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues (Team work)

Job Qualification 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Approx. 1-3 years of work experience
  • Able to demonstrate product awareness and an understanding of the needs of the customer
  • Strong customer-service oriented, result oriented, detailed-oriented, highly organized and very well team player
  • Customer Service Job
  • Ability to multitask
  • Communication
  • Practical working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office, and in particular Excel
  • Experience working with customer support.
  • Stress tolerance and the ability to maintain satisfactory work standards under pressure
  • Effective communication skills including active listening, asking appropriate questions, clarifying the issues and expressing oneself clearly.
