- Response timely to user requests and incident/problem via phone and email. - Provide 1st level technical remote support for applications, common infrastructure, system, network and desktop client. - Investigate and solve basic computers, software and hardware problem. - Install standard/company software. - Install computer, printer and IT peripheral drivers - Suggest and assist for IT procurement - Backup and restore computer data (Depend on backup software) - Setup email on IMAP and POP3 protocols - Setup file/printer sharing - Advise on user inquiry/problem - Arrange action plans, IT assets and reports - Create history call reports Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field. - Male or Female, age between 24 - 35 years old, Thai nationality only. - Experience in IT support at least 2-3 years - Experience in Hardware/Desktop software/Network support background is a must. - Good basic network knowledge and concept - Good analytical and Problem-Solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and multiple tasks. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Good command in English. - Good interpersonal, service mind and communication skills are needed. - Ability to maintain a positive thinking and professional attitude.
