Human Resource - Compensation and Benefit

Kenan Foundation Asia, a non-profit development organization working in partnership with companies, governments, academia, and committed individuals to empower people with the knowledge, technology, and skills necessary for a better future, is seeking a Human Resource – Compensation and Benefit to manage and administer monthly payroll as well as rewards/benefits to employees.  


Job Description

  • Manage salary administration & benefit payment process, as per issue terms & conditions for payroll including checking time attendance, OT, other eligibility & timely update employee data & status
  • Provide salary inputs to new hire offers, contract conversions, promotions, etc.
  • Provide technical and analytical support on major projects relating to compensation evaluation, compensation plan design and rewards strategy
  • Manage the benefits administration process for the office, including communicating changes in programs, administering the annual open enrollment process, and serving as a key contact for related questions
  • Seek for improvement to enhance welfare and benefit as well as advising management on C&B matters
  • Responsible for annual performance management evaluation on merit increment and promotion
  • Maintains and updates relevant HR policies, rules & regulations, handle disciplinary issues and action. Effectively handles employee enquires and mediate during the employee dispute, guides managers to take corrective actions, and/or disciplinary actions
  • Ensure the smooth entry and exit of employees, including coordinating new hire orientation, processing relevant paperwork and sharing HR/benefits information
  • Manage, process and track visa and work permit application, renewal and 90 days report for foreigners



  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field.
  • At least 3 years’ experience in compensation & benefit management, analysis would be advantageous
  • Familiar with VISA and work permit process
  • Good command of English and computer literacy
  • Possess “can do” attitude, practical creativity, a strong determination & commitment to deliver results
