บริษัทขนาดเล็กกำลังต้องการเจ้าหน้าที่ประสานงาน(พาร์ทไทม์)

ขอบเขตของงาน

1. ติดต่อประสานงานและนัดหมายลูกค้า (ไม่ใช่พนักงานขาย)

2. จัดทำตารางนัดหมายลูกค้าผ่านหลายๆแพลทฟอร์มโดยผ่านทาง

• เบอร์โทรศัพท์  

• WhatsApp  

• Telegram

• Signal

• Email

• เพจ Facebook 

• โปรแกรมและแอพพลิเคชั่นอื่นๆ

3. ตัดต่อวิดิโอสั้นๆ ง่ายๆ เพื่อแจ้งความคืบหน้าให้กับลูกค้า (เปรียบเสมือนเป็นรายงาน โดยไม่ได้ทำเพื่อใช้ในการโฆษณา)

4. โพสท์ข้อความและรูปภาพบนหน้าเพจ Facebook และ Google suite

คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ

1. เป็นคนน่าเชื่อถือ ตรงต่อเวลา และมีระเบียบวินัย

2. มีทักษะการพูดและเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ อยู่ในระดับดีมาก

3. มีอุปกรณ์อิเล็กโทรนิกส์เป็นของตนเอง เช่น โทรศัพท์ หรือ แทปเล็ต หรือ คอมพิวเตอร์

4. สามารถรับโทรศัพท์ ตอบและส่งข้อความนอกเหนือจากเวลางานในบางครั้งได้

5. สามารถเข้าร่วมประชุมสั้นๆกับทีม อาทิตย์ละ 3 วัน ในทุกๆ วันจันทร์ วันพุธ และวันศุกร์ เวลา 9.00 - 11.00 แต่นอกเหนือจากเวลานี้สามารถทำงานจากที่อื่นได้

ค่าตอบแทน 12,000 - 15,000 บาท ขึ้นอยู่กับความสามารถของผู้สมัคร

Small company is looking for an admin. 

The job duties:

1. Client contacting for scheduling (this is not a sales job).

2. Scheduling appointments across multiple platforms including phone, WhatsApp, Telegram, Signal, email, Facebook Business Pages, and other scheduling programs and apps. 

3. Editing basic short videos for the purpose of client interaction (meaning the videos are like a document of progress report, not advertising). 

4. Posting written text and pictures for Facebook page and Google Business Suite. 

 Qualifications: 

1. Applicant must be reliable, on-time and organized. 

2. Excellent English (spoken and written)

3. Has own IT equipment (phone and tablet or laptop or desktop) 

4. Able to receive and respond to communications (phone and message) sometimes outside working hours. 

5. Applicant must attend short team meetings in person 3 times per week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 09:00 to 11:00) but otherwise work remotely. 

Starting salary between 12,000 to 15,000 baht depending on qualifications.
