Key Account Service Sales /Key Account After Sales

1.Job specifications:             

Professional: (Describe the working experience, education, language and other skill or knowledge needed to perform this job)          

  • Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or relative
  • At least 6 years professional machinery sales experience (intralogistics related experience preferred)
  • At least 3 years of Jungheinrich sales experience
  • Knowledge of business theories & practices, experience in sales & marketing
  • Skills of management and organization
  • Good computer operation skill, especially on M.S. office word, excel and PowerPoint
  • Fluency in Thai and English

2. General Duties

  • Management of assigned Key Account customers in Thailand on a strategic and operational level
  • Build up, support and monitor selling team. Lead and motivate team members, assign and balance resource, drive team to success
  • Entire responsibility for turnover, gross profit and order intake for assigned KA customer regarding all business units like New Business, After Sales, Logistic Systems, Rental and Used Equipment.
  • Frame and implement Key Account business strategies & targets
  • Ensures the correct and complete entry of customer and prospective customer master data into the CRM system as well as the regular maintenance and control of the data quality.

3. Tasks in operating cycle:      

  • Interface to VKAM in Hamburg and the other Key account managers.
  • Internal report, escalate and ask resource to communicate, coordinate and cooperation with functional department and regions.
  • Make Key Account department strategy, implementation and KPI.
  • Build up, support, lead and monitor “JH Selling Team”.
  • Negotiate Frame Contracts, review annually and control GP.
  • Visit KA customer headquarter and VIP regularly, check KA satisfactions.
  • Feedback about KA relative industry development figures and competitors activities to internal team;
  • Following basic company policy and regulation in Sales, Service, Rental/Used, Marketing.
  • Promotes new product launches to assigned KA customer.
  • Assign resource, role responsibility and target of specific Key Account
  • KA management performance analysis and future prediction
  • Take the initiative of marketing campaign to maintain KA relationship
