Generate, formulate and implement the L&M and Retrofit business for both Sales and Executions
Actively identify as well as direct L&M and retrofit sales strategies to secure new retrofit business based on business opportunities and market trends
Support market analysis and strategies formulation, including assist in the identification of high potential market segments and key customers, participate in retrofit sales activities, collect voice of the customer and recommend for improvements.
Seeks out, qualifies and closes new L&M and Retrofit sales opportunities with a specific focus on new business growth
Builds and maintains long-term customer relationships and ensures customer satisfaction
Partners with other sales team members as well as contractors or owners
Utilizes applicable sales tools to plan and document progress
Refers leads to other business segments
Builds and applies knowledge of competitor’s business strategies, products and services to favorably differentiate Johnson Controls from them, driving for JCI to be the preferred supplier
Address customer objectives/requirements, recommend solutions and link customer objectives to the company's solution and competitive advantages
Represent the company to customers with professional appearance, maintain consistent communication with customers as well as establish the long-term relationship
Execute the retrofit project to ensure that it conforms to our JC’s Values ensuring discipline in project management through embracing the best practice processes for each project.
Ensure the Retrofit project execution conforms to its specifications, contractual terms & conditions and EHS requirements
Ensure the project team conducts detailed planning for each retrofit project prior to implementation through proper processes including establish Project Brief with Key Performance Indicators, chair Project Kick Off Meeting, regular follow-up project meetings, milestone progress tracking, issues resolution, documentations, clear accountability for each task, etc.
Conduct regular reviews of retrofit project and financial performance (including cost, profitability, billing, & unbilled receivables) for each project with the Service/Project engineers to benchmark against established Key Performance Indicators and to proactive secured Variation Orders and address critical issues.
Evaluate, appoint and regularly audit suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure they qualify and can meet our retrofit project specifications and EHS requirements.
Provide timely feedback and reports to management to demonstrate retrofit business progress
Perform and follow up the upper supervisor/management assignments strictly
What we look forRequired
Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronic Engineering or any other related fields
3-5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing within the Industrial Refrigeration Business
Confident working in a multinational, matrix driven organization
Flexible in adapting to different cultures, excellent at leading & developing diverse service & project teams and driving accountability
Hard working and result oriented
Good interpersonal and communication skill
Good people connection for both internal and external
