Front Office Instructor


Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Be an instructor in Front office Division
  • Provide professional, effective and measurable education in the assigned subject(s) of each student’s curricula, in the assigned classes, in line with the class schedule of work, meeting the objectives and policies of the relevant unit(s) and within the confines of I-TIM policy.
  • Create, modify, update and prepare textbooks, handouts and examinations in the assigned subjects.
  • To assist and/or evaluate student learning in the assigned subjects.
  • Serve as Class Adviser when required.
  • Remain up to date in the specialized field relative to assigned subjects.
  • Assist, involve or participate in students and school activities, school projects as well as to perform school functions.
  • Other duties and responsibilities which are assigned or may be assigned by school.



  • Age: between 28 – 40 years.
  • Master Degree in Hotel and Hospitality Management or any related field.
  • At least 3-5 years relevant experience, preferably in 5 star hotels.
  • Fluent in English language are essential to ensure accuracy of materials and information provided to students.
  • Be able to use Opera PMS software is a must.
  • Pleasant, personable, well groomed and adept in social graces.
  • Good human relations, creativity and works well under pressure.


Salary: Competitive Hotel Industry Salary.
