IT Support


IT technical support maintain the computer systems and networks of a Site. Installing and configuring computer systems, diagnosing hardware and software faults and solve technical and applications problems, either over the phone or in person.


Roles & Responsibilities:

  • install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications
  • Maintain computer systems and networks
  • talk staff or clients through a series of actions, either face-to-face or over the phone, to help set up systems or resolve issues
  • troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • replace parts as required
  • provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • follow diagrams and written instructions to repair a fault or set up a system
  • support the roll-out of new applications
  • set up new users' accounts and profiles and deal with password issues
  • work continuously on a task until completion (or referral to third parties, if appropriate)
  • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time
  • rapidly establish a good working relationship with users and other professionals, such as software developers
  • test and evaluate new technology
  • Conduct electrical safety checks on computer equipment.
  • Work on Global Infra project to implement Group IT Standard
  • Study and Deploy collaborative solution
  • Manage PC/Software inventories and Licenses costs per Department
  • Be the Interface between users and Group IT



  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or any IT related course
  • Strong knowledge with Windows 10 PC and Server Operating system version from 2k8 to 2k16
  • Knowledge Google Solutions
  • Strong problem solving and risks assessment skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills, able to resolve conflicts.
  • Must be a team player with responsibilities.
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to work on multiple projects at one time with minimal supervision and ensure high quality, timely delivery.

Technical Skills:

    • Windows 10 and Windows server OS (from 2k8 to 2k16)
    • Active Directory Management
    • TCP/IP Network basic knowledge
    • Google Apps
    • Knowledge with Virtualization (such as VMWARE system) and SAN Storage
