Financial Planing & Analyst

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company’s fiscal activity, including budgeting, reporting, and auditing
  • Analyze current and future business operations and plan to determine financial effectiveness
  • Assist in formulating the company's future direction and supporting tactical initiative
  • Assist with high-level decisions about policy and strategy
  • Manage and lead overall finance and accounting function to be align with business plan and goals
  • Continually identify and drive improvement initiatives in all operations and finance functions
  • Develop effective control that provide oversight against fraudulent activities
  • Creating and monitoring an effective internal audit system
  • Ensure that the cash flow is managed in an effective manner
  • Manage liquidity and support new projects and expansion
  • Identify and manage financial risks and opportunities for the company
  • Monitor and analyze business performance result, P&L, monthly financial reporting
  • Participate in business planning and risk management decisions
  • Provide executive management with advice on the financial implications of business activities.
  • Provide leadership, direction and management of the accounting team
  • Tax management and planning
  • Work cross functionally with senior management across different regions to meet the same common goal
  • Other jobs as assigned by Top Management

Necessary Skill / Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
  • 5 years or above with experience in Finance in a managerial level
  • Professional accounting designation (CA, CMA or CPA), could be an advantage
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office
  • Strong financial and accounting background
  • Good command of English
  • Strong financial and accounting background, including an understanding of profit and loss, balance sheet and cash flow management and general finance and budgeting
  • A very high level of personal integrity
  • Good interpersonal, leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions
  • Ability to work under pressure, plan personal workload effectively and delegate
  • Experience in developing and managing new projects from a finance perspective
  • Analytical approach to problem
  • Self-motivated, proactive, assertive, analytical skills, creative, result-oriented, eager for success
  • Strong sense of teamwork and ability to work well with employees at all levels of the organization
