HR Business Partner(Coffee & Food service retail)


- The HRBP leads and manages the people management for the internal client. The HRBP does not act as the HR Consultant; but the partner who shares the responsibility for the goals and targets delivery.

- The HRBP works as a part of business where the HRBP needs to know and understand the business vision and strategy. The HRBP also involves in developing HR strategy to be in line with business needs



  • Acts as a single point of the contact for the employees and managers in the responsible department.
  • Sourcing and selection appropriate and potential candidates for the positions of branches in the area of responsibility.
  • Sourcing candidates through various methods including advertising, job websites and job fairs.
  • Builds a strong business relationship with the internal client.
  • Acts as the performance improvement driver and provokes positive changes in the people management.


Qualification and key criteria:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or any related field
  • Previous experience in Human Resources Generalist, working in any HR functions ie. Recruitment, C&B, Training & Development
  • Able to manage and understand all HR functions with an ability to provide solution to the business
  • Analytical and Problem Solving Skill
  • Labor Law Knowledge Skill
  • Team Player with good interpersonal skill
  • Communication and negotiation Skill
  • Maturity in dealing with Senior Manager or Management
  • Project Management and Change Management Skill
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Time Management and Priorities Management Skill
