Position purpose :
The service mechanic is responsible for customer service and support during field visits analyzing technical malfunction or defects and repairing the defect either in the workshop or on location with a goal of improving customer satisfaction, deliverance of good quality, maximizing client retention, and increasing profitability.

External relations Position Requirements :
Technical (Automotive, Engineering, Electronics or Mechanics)
Professional credentials : Lower/Middle education
Experience : 3 years in a comparable position
