Brand Manager

What we offer:

  • Develop brand portfolio to optimize potential of each brands and searching for sell opportunities/channel to grow business
  • Develop Product Positioning, communication direction for both ATL and BTL and well co-operate with Agency to ensure comprehensive marketing plan and excellence in execution
  • Develop New product to increase potential and opportunity for sales by gather relevant data (business and consumer), analyze and find financial opportunities, define price and product margin, track and evaluation success
  • Monitor brand financial, spending, and EBIT of each brand to ensure brand performance and achieve business financial
  • Analyze customer insight and competitor report to management and regional to unlock brands’ potential
  • Co-ordinate with cross-functional team to develop nation-wide promotion, brand education message and trade promotion, to ensure sales target
  • Lead to develop demand process, by monitoring forecast accuracy, NPD launch timeline.
  • Co-ordinate with AP

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
  • At least 7 years’ experience in marketing especially strategic marketing
  • High leadership skill, with the proof of success
  • Goal and result oriented, high learning ability
  • Excellent skills in negotiation and able to work under pressure.
  • Able to establish strong relationship and interact effectively.
  • Good command of English and computer literate.
