Loss Prevention Operations

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assists the Operations Head in administrative and leading safety & security programs as well as emergency readiness training, reporting and registration which required by law and comply with company’s rules and regulations.
  • Conducts hazard and risk assessments within the property including quarterly HSSE/SAFETY audits, the hazard abatement process including safety & security incidents and accidents investigation.
  • Lead and follow proper key control guidelines in loss prevention and safety in the property e.g. Traffic control, safety and security protocol for all vendors, visitors, employees and customers including implements of action plans to monitor and control safety and security risks.
  • Develop a monthly checklist for all safety device and equipment including CCTV, alarmed doors, access doors to ensure that they are fully functional including monitoring, patrols, inspection tour all unusual activities internal and around the property that would impair the well-being of guests and employees
  • Represent the Company to liaise with government authorities in handling complaints, settling disputes, and resolving grievances and conflicts, or otherwise negotiating with others within company’s facility.
  • Support cross functional teams on safety and security aspects. Developing and put in place preventative actions plan and/or Business Continuing Procedure including but not limited to emergency response, investigations (initial & follow up)
  • Oversees all loss prevention operations to include but for all guest and employee related incidents, shipping and receiving process (makes recommendations for improvement), electronic key system and manager on duties responsibilities.
  • Oversees and guides the efforts of the Committee of Occupational Safety, Health and work Environment of the Workplace and communicates the importance of safety procedures, detailing procedure codes, ensuring employee understanding of safety codes, monitoring processes and procedures related to safety as well as first aid program for guests and employees.
  • Emphasizes teamwork, close working relationships with other departments and assertive hospitality to serve as a deterrent to crime by encouraging and builds mutual trust, respect, and cooperation among team members.
  • Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others; advocates sound financial/business decision making; demonstrates honesty/integrity; leads by example


  • Bachelor’s degree (Knowledge of Safety and Security Management System)
  • At least 3 years experienced in the security environment (Supply Chain Security knowledge mandatory)
  • Reasonable knowledge and experience of security
  • Good integrity and communication skills
  • Analytical thinking, systematic problem solving and leadership skills
  • Ability to use office computer equipment and software.
