ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER – Thailand Office

ABOUT THE JOB

Administrative Officer duties and responsibilities include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Supports managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. Responsible for confidential and time sensitive material. Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices and procedures. Ability to effectively communicate via phone and email ensuring that all Administrative Assistant duties are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. May direct and lead the work of others. Rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

 MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; orders replacement supplies as needed
  • Creating, updating, and maintaining records and databases
  • Scheduling company calendar and updating as needed
  • Preparing reports on expenses, office budgets, and other expenditures
  • Preparing travel arrangements for office staff and managers; overseeing and preparing expense reports and budgets
  • Coordinating building and maintenance issues for general repair  and updating.
  • Preparing correspondence, documentation, or presentation materials
  • Scheduling meetings and booking conference rooms.
  • Assisting human resources department
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Develop and update administrative systems to make them more efficient
  • Photocopy and print out documents on behalf of other colleagues
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Thai national only, preferably age 25 - 30 years old.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in administration
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
  • Good command of English in reading, writing, listening, and speaking
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
  • Ability to Work Under Pressure with can do attitude
  • Positive with strong services-mind and fast learner
  • Be able to handle multitask.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, self-driven, and thrive for not only good but excellent work result

Employment Location  : Permanently based in Thailand

Main Communication Language: English

Report  : HR Manager

Size of Team under Responsibility   : 0 Subordinates

Working Day: Monday – Friday

Working Hour : 9.00 – 18.00
