Account Executive - Modern Trade

Report to:

  • Managing Director and Sale Team Leader

Job Objective:

  • Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in modern trade market. Provide management towards the achievement of sales team.

Key Tasks:

  • Has leadership and ability to drive sales team in modern trade channel to meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and coach Product Consultants (PC) to achieve company targets.
  • Manage the assigned key modern trade accounts actively by increasing sales volumes and markets.
  • Analyze sales statistics to determine sales potential and inventory requirements and monitor the preferences of customers.
  • Develops business plans and sales strategies to ensure attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
  • Maintain and build good relationships with all chains in modern trade market to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Other tasks as assigned.

 

Qualification:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • At least 3 year experiences of sales modern trade function
  • Strong analytical & communication skills
  • Strong passion, drive to achieve sales targets, positive attitude, high leadership skills, self-motivated and able to plan
