Junior Key Account Management – Grab for Business (1 year contract)

GET A FRONT ROW SEAT – Work closely with senior management to plan, develop and execute high- level projects that will visibly be taking Grab to the next level

EXPLORE – Use live data to explore potential opportunities for potential new business or ways to enhance current practices; and in new territories where data is not available, you’ll get on-the-ground and get your hands dirty

MAKE STUFF HAPPEN – Execute initiatives (most of the time your very own) to create solution; making operation processes more polished and streamlined

LEARN, SHARE and GROW – Learn and share with your peers and superiors in an environment where your ideas will be heard – as long as you are willing to follow through and make it happen!


What are your roles under Grab for Business?

  • Create detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for the B2B business
  • Source and onboard key enterprise clients while developing strong relationships with business executives and stakeholders
  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Identify new business opportunities among existing clients
  • Spearhead new initiatives across Grab product offerings with focus on a B2B angle
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status


  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration or related field from reputation local or overseas university
  • 1-3 years working experience
  • Proven work experience as in Business Development, Key Account Management or relevant role
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
  • Very Good English proficiency 
  • Powerpoint and Excel skills is a must
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities
  • Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
  • Passion and energetic
  • Excel in a fast-paced environment
  • Thrive in a team environment, but can work independently as well
