Secretary Role & Responsibilities: Provide administrative and secretarial support to a team of executives/mangaement Schedules and coordinate appointments meeting & events Provide travel arrangements, prepare itineraries, flights or booking transportation and accommodations both travel upcountry and oversea Answer and screen phone calls and manage the e-mail. Draft, proofread and revise correspondence, memos, minutes and agendas Coordinate and collaborate with other departments / parties concerns both internally and externally Handle some personal matters as assigned Help organize and manage internal company functions and events (e.g. office party, New Year party, Outing) Prepare management reports with effective follow up and special projects or ad- hoc projects Qualifications: Female age 30 or older A minimum of Bachelor degree Strong command written and spoken English Excellent communication, interpersonal & coordination skills Able to handle pressure and multiple tasks Attention to detail and discretion with confidential information Good computer skills ; Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point and other online/internet tools Strong problem-solving skills, proactive and able to work independently Strong organization and project management skills พื้นที่ไฟล์แนบ
