VP - Strategic Ecosystem

Job Description

  • Develop the overall vision, strategy, and execution plan for G-Able Ecosystem  to drive sustainability and incremental growth.
  • Build and Recruit Alliance partnerships following the strategy
  • Enable and develop partner ecosystem, including service partners, technology partners, reselling partners, etc.
  • Build and drive joint strategy, business planning, and execution with partners that include defined go-to-market initiatives in support of executive sponsors and the partner(s)
  • Develop and manage key executive relationships with strategic partners.
  • Establish a centralized and ongoing partner management process and governance and drive operational excellence for a positive partner experience and ease of doing business.
  • Ensure reporting and partner-based pipeline management.
  • Create a strong culture of effective utilization of partners by developing internal alignment
  • Be a key source of insight into competitive and partner landscape /strategy /news.
  • Evangelize G-Able to key stakeholders at all levels of the partner organization and represent the voice of the partner  
  • Understand G-Able capabilities/offerings and identify synergies where G-Able and partner(s) can bring additive value to customers and create new differentiated joint offerings



  • Strong ability to network, align and work with key players at all levels to drive results.
  • Strong ability to partner with ecosystem to create win-win opportunities
  • Proven leader in building strategic and partner ecosystem
  • Sound examples of the creation of partner strategy and execution plans innovative solutions for our growth.
  • Strong track record in driving revenue through partnership
  • Ability to articulate competitive positioning and differentiation internally and to the market.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and business planning skills.
  • Recruit, motivate, mentor, coach, develop and retain a high performing team of resources.
  • Experience building and growing a team of account managers and executives.
  • Leveraging strong teaming skills in the past to bring together diverse views and leading teams to accomplish tough challenges with successful outcomes.
