Consulting Operations Manager/Consulting Operations Manager

Hill & Associates is a leading international enterprise security and risk management consultancy owned by G4S group.

General Reporting Structure and Overview

The Consulting Operations Manager:

 -       Creates a solid foundation for the business to grow and is a key resource for client management and business development

-        Identifies market needs in-country, checking that products remain aligned

-        Maintain administrative functions (HR, Finance, Business Development, etc) 

-        Maintain close collaboration and cooperation with other staff

-        Manage in-country regulatory issues registrations, approvals and licenses with HQ support

Legal and Financial management: 

-        Development of annual budget

-        Development and Implementation of business development plan

-        Responsible for sales targets

-        Maintain local banking and financial matters


-        General office management 

-        Management of consulting projects

-        Human resources 

-        Business development

 You will be:

 Key Performance Indicators

 Performance will be based on agreed targets set as part of an appraisal and objective-setting process


 We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with:

-        Ten years’ experience of leadership in a risk management or security consulting environment

-        Fluency in both Thai and English

-        Well-developed management, business development and marketing skills

-        Demonstration of success in a commercial environment

-        Strong government relations, communication and interpersonal skills

-        A strong and dedicated work ethic and an eagerness to collaborate with partners and colleagues 

-        An independent self-starter with the ability to work both in a team and on an individual basis

-        A tertiary level or equivalent industry qualification in a relevant field is desirable
