COORDINATOR / ADMINISTRATOR

What you will do

Joining a group of high performing people who will nurture each other to develop and grow, you will have an opportunity to gain firsthand experience of professional work in the following areas.

 Business Administration

  • Administrate internal processes and documentations to drive business operations including but not limited to finance & accounting, procurement, HR, office welfare & facilities management, etc.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute company’s marketing events, campaigns, media, etc. and monitor results
  • Manage internal communications, as well as organize internal events such as team building activities

 Project Coordination

  • Support project teams to organize meetings/workshops/events for clients
  • Learn how to conduct research (e.g. collect data from search, interview, focus group, etc.) and analyze results to build analytical skills for the future career path
  • Learn how to develop high quality of work outputs including presentation slides with diagrams, infographics, analytical and descriptive reports, etc. to build structural thinking and communication skills for the future career path

  • Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills with high professionalism
  • Fluent command of both Thai and English (including writing skills)
  • Proficient IT skills including but not limited to Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Work experience between 1-5 years in related fields
  • Flexibility and ability to work under tight deadlines and handle pressure

 

Things to note…

  • This position may involve travelling to clients’ sites, business partners’ sites and event venue in Bangkok and other provinces
  • We offer competitive compensation packages, and have a strong belief in performance-based pay
  • Our office is located at SoiChalaemNimit 12 between Rama III Road and Charoen Rat Road (the nearest BTS stations are SaphanTaksin and Surasak)
  • Our average office hours are from 09.30 am to 7.00 pm, Monday to Friday
