Building Administrative Executive (with excellent English communication)

Location of Work: The PARQ

”The success candidate will be working with a dynamic team to build up and manage a world-class project. It is a large mixed-use real estate development in the heart of Bangkok City. It will comprise of a unique retail shopping experience integrated with 2 commercial office towers providing a high standard facilities and amenities. This building will be a new landmark destination for Thailand.

Job summary:

This position performs key functions to support the Property/ Facility Management team of a mixed used development in the form of administrative, office-based duties. Processing/ tracking all related paperwork and payments and maintaining an accurate database. This position reports to General Manager, working closely with Finance & Accounting and Property/ Facility Management team.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handle all documentations, reports, payment and general office administration
  • Manage and organize administrative activities including calling, filing, issuing memo, purchase order, etc.
  • Maintain and update database in all related systems
  • Prepare and coordinate related parties regarding all sales document transactions (e.g. quotation, invoice, contracts, report, event) in an efficient manner.
  • Assist in the preparing and organizing of memo, presentations, materials and events
  • Supporting the Property/ Facility Management team with general operations to help reach the objectives.
  • Perform any related duties and special projects as assigned

Qualifications & Skill Set:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fields
  • 3 - 5 years in administrative assistant or business administration, experience in the real estate business and using of SAP is advantageous. Proficient in MS Office
  • Well versed in IT skills in Microsoft Office and SAP
  • Fast learning and good logic skill
  • High organizational/ documentation skills
  • Must be detail oriented and strong communication skills.
  • Good Communication skills in both English & Thai
