STEM Lead is to provide oversight and technical input into the design and implementation of project activities for the STEM component under the direction of the project Chief of Party (COP). This includes activity design and implementation, identification of skills development needs and priorities, development and implementation of annual wok plans, and identification of additional technical specialists as needed.
