Assistance Coordinator

 Job introduction

We are looking for individuals passionate about helping others to join our newly implemented operations team .

The role requires excellent customer skills, as you will be the first point of contact, providing advice 

and support our globally mobile members to ensure they are healthy, safe and secure.


Key responsibilities

• Ensure answering incoming calls and outgoing calls promptly and courteously

• Provide quality assistance solution to customer

• Work in a team environment to ensure proper case handling and management



• Thai nationality

• Bachelor’s degree in any field

• 3 years working experience in call center, customer service assistance (travel, medical, hospitality industry)

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Excellent written and spoken in Thai and English ( Vietnamese language would be a plus)

• Excellent problem solving skill

• Experience in working under high pressure and handle urgent tasks

• Ability to multi tasks and prioritize work load effectively

• Available to work on weekends, holidays and night shifts as we are 24/7 operation center
