Shifted Production Manager


  • Ensure overall performance of operations (supplychain, production, maintenance)  during the night shift, weekend and holiday period;
  • Actively sustain safety in the workshops;
  • Efficiently help the team to solve all production/process problems or issues during on duty;
  • Connect with management team for any abnormal and emergency situation;
  • Work closely with other departments during the shift period and make sure everyone respect the company rules about quality, EHS.

Main Responsibilities :- 


  • Deliver Volume vs. PCP. with the right specifications.( Quality and service )
  • To formulate the problem and define action plan to improve production processes
  • Sense of emergency on customer feedback / complaint.
  • Main responsibilities and department KPI’s linked to the job
  • Scope are Productivity , EER , Lead time and CONQ.
  • To monitoring and ensure we are in line with budget / target and target to prepare next year budget.
  • Ensure that all operators are well trained on SOP , PCP and all standardized work
  • Ensure that operations of all shifts are performing the same standard in all activities.
  • Encourage team to use the standardized work to be the baseline of continuous improvement.
  • Manage team to be a part of maintenance , taking care on machines and equipments by using the 5S. principle.
  • Work closely with maintenance team to maintain the good condition of machines and equipment.
  • Collaborate with team for new product launch to meet time line and  customer needed.
  • Review the production readiness to ensure the production process and methods are consistent with quality requirements.


Qualifications :- 

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering or related field
  • Good English communication skill (read, write, speak with ease)
  • Minimum 5 years experienced in Production functions and manufacturing management background  from multi-national companies and more than 3 years in management level;
  • Willing to work on the night; weekend; and national holiday;
  • Background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma or Kaizen
  • Able to work on shifted average 2 Night per week simulation.
