Senior Recruitment Supervisor


  • Planning and controlling end to end recruitment and selection process across the company. 
  • Ensure level of manpower meeting with requirement   budget.
  • Managing and ensure smooth on boarding process of new comers
  • Managing and organizing company activities


Job Responsibilities


  • As individual contributor, to perform end to end recruitment staff in exempt up to management level within timeline according to KPIs. 
  • Manage team to achieve production and/or support staff to meeting yearly manpower and budget. 
  • Manage on boarding process, scheduling orientation.
  • Partnering with universities to secure pipeline of candidates
  • Monitor sources and media of recruitment, job posting and job branding.  
  • Deliver disabled workforces, meeting target of the company.
  • Draft job description for new positions and ensure theirs updated according to tasks of incumbents. 
  • Coordinate and work closely with Payroll team to deliver and prepare the Employment contract for exempt and non-exempt staff. 
  • Manage and organize activities in company level but not limited to control cost and expenses within budget.
  • Collaborate with other department and job functions to deliver effective output and team cohesion.
  • Assist HR Manager on Happy work place, working closely with team leader and each leaders of HWP to ensure regular activities according to KPIs
  • Conduct exit interview all levels of leavers and provide improvement plan on staff retention.
  • Produce statistic report of recruitment indicating cycle time, status of vacancies, sources of recruitment.
  • Provide weekly recruitment tracking to GM, but not limited to review and improve recruitment method, updating job requirement or vacancies which may be changes according to business changes.
  • Gathering and surveying activities satisfaction of staff after events.
  • Convey and ensure message related to activities and recruitment be communicated correctly, positively within timely manner.
  • Ensure that the Company Health, Safety and Environment policy as well as relevant safety legislations are observed and followed.
  • Undertake other duties as appropriate within his/her competence, as required by superior from time to time.





  • Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, I/O Psychology or related field. 
  • Minimum 5-7 years experienced in recruitment, preferred in multinational manufacturing companies
  • Good skills of English communication (reading, write, speaking)
  • Labour Law, interviewing techniques, HRIS system
  • Computer literacy  (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power point)
