Services Planning Manager

Principal Accountability: 

  • Project feasibility study and planning of new services for our customers
  • Manage & coordinate with Business user to get the service/ project requirement
  • Prepare RFQ/RFP to deliver product as business requirement
  • Initiate, provide, and manage any necessary solutions for reliability & performance improvement of services for our customers
  • Manage to have the demonstration/trial platform for new services and have recommendation of the impact on our existing network.
  • Provide the solutions for special requirements/projects from commercial department
  • Regularly learn and acquire new technical knowledge and innovative in mobile network market.
  • Initiate and maintain process of work within and among all department interfaces
  • Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level


  • Bachelor's Degree or higher of Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or any related fields 
  • Minimum 7 years related experience of  IT, TELCO and digital service design
  • Good understanding of Telecommunication business
  • Experience in supervise team or manage project including vendor management
  • Self-motivated, creative and innovative and willing to learn new technologies
  • Self-organized and dedicated team player, must be able to work under minimal supervision
  • Able to work well under pressure in a fast changing environment
  • Possess a strong attitude of quality and customer centricity
  • Operating System Knowledge, e.g., Unix, Linux, Windows server
  • Good English communication
