Job Description

Data Analysis

  • Apply your expertise in quantitative analysis, data visualization and data-mining to tell the story behind numbers and derive actionable insights for the business
  • Assist leads to prioritize business and information needs and define corresponding master data
  • Filter and clean data by reviewing reports, and performance indicators to ensure accurate interpretation
  • Understand industry trends, and develop in-depth, vertical-based actionable insights that help drive value for Site Management Dept.
  • Be able to draw correlations between elements of business process (e.g. contract life cycle, matter management, etc), do predictive analysis and be able to articulate recommendations to the business
  • Conceptualize and build scorecards and dashboards that are simple, visually appealing, yet showcase a powerful story
  • Design succinct presentations that balance high-level insights for leads and detailed view for vertical teams
  • Think and work independently, demonstrate creativity and deliver quick results, yet demonstrate a team-player attitude
  • Act as an insight expert for Site Management Dept., yet collaborate effectively with the core team and cross-channels
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

 

 

Process Improvement & Assurance

 

  • Identify, plan and implement key projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Establish project specific quality procedures, standards and specifications with key managers in the project team
  • Ensure the project specific process, procedures and work instructions are documented, controlled and communicated effectively
  • Review and monitor adherence to the project specific process, procedures and work instructions
  • Work closely with the negotiation and contract manager to ensure the process and procedures support the effective transfer of information from landlords        
  • Actively lead projects and provide individual contributions after key projects have been identified
  • Periodic reviews of compliance

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in MIS, IT, Accounting Information Systems, or any related field 
  • Experience in data analysis, process improvement, and assurance
  • Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets and relational database
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques
  • Good command of English
