Job Description: 

  • Develop OD strategies and drive execution until their launches to correspond with business goals
  • Introduce new, exciting OD interventions to enhance existing ones in the following areas: career management, succession planning, performance management, and organizational culture


  • Bachelor's or master's degree in any related fields 
  • HR consulting or management consulting experience preferred 
  • Growth mindset with strong project management skills 
  • Good command of English
