VP - Digital Product


Job Purpose:


To lead product development, manage product partnerships with external partners, manage operations related to partnerships (billing, collection, disputes, policies, quality & performance). The head of Product will work closely with Postpaid and Prepaid teams to build new business models with partners, revising existing ones and detailing out the right customer journeys and go to market for each new products. He/she will also ensure all requirements and solutions are well understood by all internal and external parties and work with internal and external teams to prepare product launch and operation support.

Job Description:

  • Lead product development areas by creating product strategy/ roadmap, leveraging partnerships and internal expertise and deliver great products for dtac prepaid and postpaid customers
  • Take new products thru ideation process, run feasibility business, technical and commercial pilots, business models with internal and external partners
  • Negotiate with partners to have effective business models in line with company strategy and policies
  • Develop product requirements, customer and product journeys and also work with internal/external technical teams for implementing solutions under agreed time plan to launch.
  • Work with internal teams in terms of product operations, support, settlement and reconciliation.
  • Manage CAPEX and OPEX budget plan and control
  • Be a leader that foster a culture of innovation and collaboration
  • Embrace agile ways of work



  • At least 8 years experienced in mobile/digital product development, mobile network, partnership management and any related fields. 
  • Have experience in product marketing/campaign and go to market.
  • To be able to think out of the box and eager to know and always catch up new digital technologies so as to produce new product ideas and update such trends to management.
  • Be familiar with agile ways of work.
  • Be excellent in presentation skill, especially, to senior and top level management.
  • Be fluent in English.
