Assistant Manager, Online Sales & Marketing - D2C Operation Background in camping and brandsite

Scope of Work

  • Responsible for a client facing role within our Healthcare Business Unit, the functions of the position will encompass B2B e-retailer management; B2C e-marketplace store management; e-commerce operations; and, P&L management.
  • Working closely with DKSH’s clients, marketing and operation teams, the role will bring many of the world’s favorite brands to all key E-Commerce platforms, and continually deliver the best online shopping experience to consumers.
  • Consult the client on their e-commerce and digital marketing strategy – be a thought leader and add to each client meeting information which help the client to transform their business.
  • Manage annual negotiations, including trading terms and conditions, to facilitate sales agreements and achieve targeted margins and joint business plans.
  • Manage and monitor e-commerce execution performance (availability, pricing, listings content, listing ranking, on-site visibility, off-site traffic generation etc.) and ensure issues are quickly resolved by the team.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies and generate sales revenues on behalf of clients.
  • Proactively analyze sales trends, conduct analysis on sell through data, prepare reports and monitor sales performance.
  • Responsible for the online stores on a day-to-day basis (SKU assortment, store content management, pricing and promotion management, sales order synchronization).
  • Monitor sales performance vs approved A&P budget.
  • Accurate price and promotion maintenance in accordance to contractual terms.
  • Minimize avoidable cost & risk which impact P&L.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree, with 3-5 years’ relevant experience at an e-commerce platform, brand or distributor.
  • Knowledge of E-Commerce business models, operations, technology
  • Able to communicate in Thai and English at a fluent level; working with colleagues and clients at a regional level.
