SUMMARY OF OPPORTUNITY

Company: Deliveree, a fast moving logistics technology company

Title: Customer Service Supervisor 

Reporting: Customer Service Manager

Location: Ekamai, Bangkok

Responsibilities:

  • Working closely with manager to manage all aspects of the Customer Service team to ensure smooth customer center operations (live chat, call and email) and that key KPI targets are met
  • Sourcing, recruiting, training and coaching customer service agents
  • Handling escalated customer service issues and complaints
  • Managing and executing quality assurance process for customer service agents
  • Analyzing call center performance and seeking opportunity to improve service and internal process
  • Producing KPI and key operations indicators report on a regular basis
  • Maintaining excellent level of product knowledge

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in related field 
  • Has experience managing a team
  • Past experience as a team lead in call center is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Thai
  • Good command of English skill will be advantage
  • Work well under high pressure, tight timeline and result-driven environment 
  • Fast learner      
  • Love solving problems and going extra miles to ensure the highest quality of service
  • Excited to work for a disruptive technology company
