CORPORATE SALES MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Drive aggressively to achieve the assigned RN (Room Nights) targets
  • Build and acquire new sales leads and business partners (corporate, travel agents, events)
  • Engage client relationships for growth opportunities with existing corporate clients
  • Update local market trends and grasp sales opportunities proactively to achieve targets
  • Prepare sales materials such as proposals, contracts, brochure, and leaflets
  • Prepare and submit monthly sales reports, tracker, and plan as required
  • Develop incentive program and marketing activities to grow sales opportunities. 

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of Sales experience, preferably in hospitality, B2B business or service sales
  • Experience in dealing with travel agencies, and corporate customers (companies, booking hotel centers, etc.)
  • Comfort with a fast-paced working environment. Experience in start-up is a plus.
  • Be proactive with warrior attitude
  • Excellent negotiation skill
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to work with minimal guidance
  • Willing to travel.
