  • Contact with customers local & overseas
  • Develop good relationship with customers from all levels
  • Update shipping schedule
  • Provide information about rate and service queries through tele-sales and emails
  • Sales administrative support and intra department liaison
  • Prepare statistics of lifting, customers and other commercial aspects for analysis, reports
  • Required to produce contact details / service update / Sales performance reports on progress within the department and outline any developed strategies to improve
  • Ensuring that all inquiries are dealt with accuracy and in a professional manner
  • Handling incoming calls and handle accordingly
  • To work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly
  • Other tasks as assigned by Sales & Sales Manager


Minimum Level of Qualification:

  • Fresh Graduate or with working experience in shipping/forwarding industry
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree / University graduated

Professional Skills:

  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office

Personal Qualities:

  • Good interpersonal communication
  • Assertive and tactful
  • Highly motivated, result oriented individual
