  • Act on action plans produced by Sales Action Planning including understanding contract terms and conditions of the customer
  • Regular customer contact by phone, emails, entertainment or visits when appropriate
  • Update knowledge of customer’s needs and requirements the business situation, their market/industry information, their buying and sourcing patterns (booking prospects), pricing policies, competitors’ activities, customer allocation, equipment and logistics etc,
  • Provide regular updates on network and service product via product brochures and presentations
  • Update customers on company policy and act on conference initiatives when appropriate
  • Review customer feedbacks on service quality
  • Register customer complaints in complaints log book and action as and when required with feedback to customer
  • Offer promotional giveaways when appropriate
  • Support and assist CFG-Ship Co on issues that arise
  • Ensure customer complaints are promptly addressed and corrected by discussion with concerned parties
  • Manage all customer interface activities and ensure that they are handled efficiently

Additional Responsibilities for Senior Sales Executive

  • Take direction from Manager and implement initiatives to team members
  • Provide guidance and support to team members
  • Distribute information/materials to team members
  • Ensure all targets are achieved and take appropriate action when necessary


  • Thai Nationality only
  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field
  • Experience in Sales & Marketing (Logistics field/Shipping/Freight Forwarder) is a must, 1-2 years for Sales Executive, 5 years upward for Senior Sales Executive
  • Experience in Import and Export Shipping Business is an advantage

Salary: Fixed salary with additional allowances (Depends on your education & experiences)
