Currently, we are looking for the right fit for the role of  Digital Strategic & Planning located in Bangkok, Thailand

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for Business Plan preparation and support cross functional strategic project implementation. Effectively communicate the business strategic direction to internal staff as well as external investors and credit rating agencies.
  • Primary responsibility to formulate the overall strategic direction and targets for the Bank, as well as spearhead the Bank’s business planning process
  • Identify & drive new business expansion as well as new innovative business models and investment ideas.
  • Initiate and mobilize strategic, transformation and turnaround initiatives to optimize businesses
  • Re calibrate to ensure and efficient & effective operating model for the Bank.
  • Formulate and oversee the Bank’s strategic alliances and partnership.
  • Originate, evaluate, structure, negotiate and execute transactions the Bank’s strategic framework.
  • Nurture and maintain the Bank’s alliances and partnerships to enhance the Bank’s network and reach.
  • Identify areas within the Bank for restructuring/divestment for more efficient deployment of capital and resources and overall stakeholder value enhancement in line with the Bank’s strategic objectives.
  • Develop project plans for the Bank’s strategic together with strategic business units within CIMB Group.
  • Oversee implementation of projects to ensure that targets are achieved.
  • Provide guidance and manage interdependencies to ensure successful project implementation.
  • Build & Leverage on internal network, resources and knowledge to facilitate collaborative problem solving for stakeholders across the Bank.
  • Manage investor relations matters.
  • Act as key liaison with credit rating agencies.

Qualifications 

  • Minimum Bachelor degree in business administration, engineering and relating fields
  • Minimum 5 years experience in strategic planning or related fields (Banking industry experience is a plus)
  • Excellent coordination and facilitation skills
  • Good command of English
  • Strategic mindset
  • Problem solving skills
