Digital Media Planning Manager (Plan & Buy)




  • Experienced of working at digital media company or digital media agency preferred
  • Experienced in digital media industry at least 5 or more
  • Experienced in planning and buying with strategy and execution through platforms (Google, Facebook, etc.)


Work activities


  • Understand the client’s needs and objective based on media knowledge 
  • Research how the target audience uses different media, Plan the best times and places to show ads and Costings to clients
  • Work with/as a media buyer to work out costing and book advertising space like Pantip, Sanook, etc. 
  • Suggest plan with KPI stats and execute & optimize media performance during campaign by oneself on Google AdWords, Facebook PowerEditor, etc. 


Skills, Interests and Qualities


  • An understanding of media business and different types of media
  • Research skills and the ability to analyse and interpret statistics
  • Good spoken and written communication skills in Thai & English
  • Good 'people skills', to work well as part of a team and with a range of clients
  • The ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills with a professional manner


 Media knowledge


Media is apart from digital to plan how to pick up and buying media


Global media: Googgle, fb, ig, youtube


Local media: pantip, sanook, influencer, mthai and so on


  • This position to contact media from global and local media to buy
  • Plan CPC/CPV (cost per clicks/views) and do a budget
  • Finally do report to AE to present client
  • Person should be active and in details
  • Can plan to use media for each campaign
  • Know how to handle media thru out media platform


Digital Account Planning Manager

Qualification :

  • Thai Nationality prefer Male candidate
  • Bachelor degree in International Business /Advertising / Management or any fields with related
  • Experience in Digital planning function at least 6 years in agency or advertising company
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Able to communicate in English with self-confidence


  • Creating the idea for strategic plan.
  • Driving smooth communication.
  • Inspiring great creativity.
  • Supporting and working along well with the team in order to develop creative innovation plan to develop the plan.
  • Comprehending the market trend, competitor, clients need, products and service.
  • SWOT analysis and apply to strategy.
  • Maintaining good relationship with partner and clients.
  • Cooperating well with Customer Support team and Creative team to work on strategic communication plan.
