Project Coordinator / Administrator

Job Description and Responsibilities:

  • Prepare PE process and Upload to BQMS

  • Issue Using Vendor and enter purchase requisitions

  • Follow up EO/PO, invoice from vendor and prepare PO document process

  • Resolving any financial queries that are raised, including timely communication if extra budget is needed

  • Checking and doing closing report after client service every month

  • Follow up documents of vendor to doing vendor pool

  • Application for Payment Verification

  • Construction Billing, Cash Flow Project

  • Provide billing information for accounting purpose

  • Providing support in the day-to-day operations

  • Responsible for maintaining accurate records

  • Assists with month-close update procedures

     

Requirements Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent fields.
  • 1-3 years work experience in a Admin position.
  • Proficiency in computer skills program MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Good command of reading, writing and speaking English language.
  • Must be detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills to work in a fast paced environment.
  • Effective inter-personal skills in dealing with all levels and departments within the company
  • Service minded and orientation.
  • Proactive and can work under pressure
  • Be able to start working as temporary contract
