GM - Store Design

Responsibilities:

  • To control, design and manage construction cost under project development budget and in accordance with engineering standard and design.
  • To oversee all on-site managing and monitoring of construction projects to ensure projects are completed on schedule, quality control and safety control.
  • To coordinate and monitor a Consultant, Construction Contractor, Project Designer and Project Development Team for tracking their work quality and process.
  • To closely review a design and construction stage in shopping mall project.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Architectural or related field.
  • At least 5 working experience years in this field and minimum 3 working experience years in Management level.
  • Experience in Shopping Center Management or Retail business is preferable.
  • Good communication in English.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills including able to work with Senior Management level, Corporate, technical and non-technical personnel.
  • Self-directed, motivated and strong team player.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, anticipatory and analytic skills.
  • Excellent time management skill with ability to multi-task and handle multiple deadlines.
