Role responsibilities:
1. Ensure all customers are successfully on-boarded on time and within budget
2. Prospect and pitch new business opportunities to meet sales target
3. Research or market survey for new business opportunity, trend and strategy for sales growth to meet sales target
4. Set up and monitor commercial activities to meet or deliver target on sales budget, cost, volume and efficiency target/KPI
5. Monitor and report the process across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success
6. Develop and maintain the customer relationship by excellently understanding the key customer or target audience to ensure their objectives are being met in order to retain business
7. Run commercial and trend analysis, scenario modelling and opportunity assessment leading to a commercial insight/recommendation/survey
8. Lead and coordinate with related parties both internal and external to achieve the operation and sales target
Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Sales, Logistics Management or related field
2. Experience 3 years above in Business Development or Sales, in warehouse field is preferable
3. Fluent in English, Chinese is preferable
4. Strong negotiation skills
5. Self-starter with ability to engage concern person and interpret their requirements, needs and planning
