HRIS Projects Manager

Job scope & responsibilities

  • Manage and contribute to the implementation of medium to large-size project regarding human resources matters
  • Delivers standard patterned projects or well defined tasks on major projects to improve HR support to the business
  • Depending on the nature of the project, undertakes a combination of project management, technical implementation and testing analyst tasks
  • Performs standard analysis that involve broad understanding of human resources professional area
  • Contribute to process improvement and value added in improving HR performance, maximizing HR procedures, process and providing effective HR capability
  • Be a HR consultant in all HR systems, processes & procedures and practices
  • Analyse and translate business requirements into functional specification and design
  • Identify the current and future state HR business processes
  • Prepares management information and analytical reports with relevant HR information/evidence to assist business decision making
  • Guide and coordinate the activities in providing a variety of support services and provide recommendations for improvements.
  • Manage day-to-day new/change requirement including plan, schedule and communicate to stakeholders and requesters
  • Coordinate / follow up with user, IT and vendor for project initiation, implementation and post implementation to complete project as plan

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Technology or IT related
  • 5 – 7 years of working experience in general Human Resources processes, business analysis and data analysis
  • Basic understanding of business analysis, strategic planning, business development, and project management knowledge and principles, with practical experience of applying that knowledge in one specialized area of HR
  • In-depth understanding of HR knowledge, process and practices
  • Require basic knowledge of methods and approaches to analyse, advise and resolve problems within HR professional area, as well as broad understanding of how the HR business operate
  • Well knowledge savvy about process improvement
  • Experience in SAP SuccessFactors implementation is advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and expert in Microsoft Excel
  • Good interpersonal skills, communication, negotiation, presentations, analysis, problem solving and prioritizing of work
  • Good command in English
