Admin Training support

Job scope & responsibilities

  • Responsible for training from start to end process, conduct training sessions.
  • Be first point of contact to get training requirement from BUs.
  • PR training programs, Registration, Tracking, Reminding, summarizing training report, make and clear staff payment, charge back and enroll training record to the system, find the new vendor pool, credit payment.
  • Submit training record to Skill Development Department.
  • Responsible for Staff Outing, staff activities, orientation, induction program.
  • Be a key person to manage administration and paper work.

 

 Qualifications ( minimum requirements of education / experience / skills 

  • Bachelor in Human Recourses, Organizational Development or related fields.
  • Male or Female, age between 28 – 35 years old.
  • Strong computer skills. Experience in HR Information System (SAP) is preferable but not essential.
  • At least 1 years working experiences in HR functions, specialized in administration and presentation.
  • Able to use Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is preferable.
  • Good at using MS PowerPoint to develop training material and Microsoft Excel for data analysis.
  • Good English Communication and self-confidence to make decision.
  • Plaining and Organizing is important
  • Detail oriented person.
