Head of Sales

Job Description:

  • Formulate sales strategy, sales plan and manpower plan to drive sales target.
  • Plans, directs and monitors activities of sales team within a specific geography/ account, product, market segment to achieve established sales targets.
  • Looks after various market channels including Retail channel (department store), Hypermarket, Specialty Stores, Direct Sales (B2B), and Dealer.
  • Manages and monitors sales forecasts, budgets, volume, revenues and cost to identify improvement areas and adapt procedures or reallocate resources to improve overall sales performance.
  • Build the high-performing sales force team.
  • Explore new business opportunities to drive Brand optimal growth.

 

Qualification:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results to business plans.
  • Previous experience working as a Head of Sales ideally for a retail business and similar size of the organization.
  • At least 5 years direct experiences in Retail business is a must.
  • Natural leader with an ability to inspire performance with sales teams.
  • Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development.
  • Excellent spoken & written in English.
  • Excellent Presentation skill.
