Head of Total Rewards and HR Analytics

Responsibilities; 

 

  • Develop, communicate and administer competitive total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, incentive, provident fund, retirement benefits, performance management, engagement, and other work experience programs, that are cost-effective and consistent with labor market trends and organizational objectives.
  • Ensure all reward programs are competitive, sustainable, scalable, and have a positive impact on the overall performance of the organization.
  • Analyze and oversight of applicable benefit plans/plan design & changes and effective salary management, and a total rewards philosophy.
  • Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits programs.
  • Working closely with the executives and stakeholders develops compensation and benefits programs, gains management support and prepares compensation proposals for Corporate Central Group Human Resources and Executive Committee approval.
  • Provide leadership to and direct supervision of total rewards team members through effective coaching and performance management.
  • Provides analysis and consultation in the development of annual variable incentive compensation and other applicable incentive plans for the short term and long term.
  • Oversee the review, communication, and implementation of the annual benefit programs open enrollment process and the annual total compensation review.
  • Provide related management support and training related to total rewards.
  • Working with other HR Business Partner designs and coordinates the communications of all the compensation and benefits plans.
  • Any other assignment was related to shared services functions.

 

 

Qualification; 

 

  • Minimum 10 years of increasingly responsible work experience in a combination of human resources, business operations, compliance, or professional (i.e., experience across several of the functions that this role oversees)
  • Human Resources experience preferred, including significant experience in the design and implementation of complex compensation and benefits programs.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Good in English skill
